BTM Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to Beauty Training Mastery (BTM) memberships, including Business Advisory & Support and Scale Society, together with the general training and finance terms set out below.
Business Advisory & Support Membership
6-Month Minimum Commitment
Weekly and monthly Business Advisory & Support memberships have a minimum 6-month commitment.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation at any time. If you cancel before your minimum commitment has been completed, you remain responsible for the remaining payments within your agreed minimum term, subject to applicable law.
Agreement
By proceeding with a weekly or monthly Business Advisory & Support membership, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable minimum commitment and cancellation terms above.
Scale Society Membership
12-Month Minimum Commitment
Scale Society is a 12-month membership commitment. Weekly and monthly billing options continue for the full 12-month minimum term. An annual membership covers the full 12-month membership period.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation at any time. If you cancel before your 12-month commitment has been completed, you remain responsible for the remaining payments within your agreed minimum term, subject to applicable law.
Agreement
By proceeding with a Scale Society membership, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable 12-month commitment and cancellation terms above.
Payment Obligations, Failed Payments & Overdue Accounts
Payment Obligations
By purchasing a BTM membership, you agree to make all payments associated with your selected payment schedule and the applicable minimum commitment period.
Failed or Overdue Payments
If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, BTM may attempt to process the payment again and may contact you using the email address or other contact details associated with your account.
While an account remains overdue, BTM may temporarily suspend access to membership services, resources, calls, community access and/or the member portal, subject to applicable law.
30-Day Overdue Accounts
If an outstanding payment has not been resolved within 30 days of the original payment due date, BTM may suspend or cancel the membership account and issue a formal overdue payment notice.
Cancellation or suspension of access due to non-payment does not automatically remove any outstanding payment obligations under an agreed minimum commitment, except where otherwise required by law or where a financial hardship arrangement has been approved by BTM.
Continued Non-Payment
Where an overdue balance remains unpaid after reasonable attempts have been made to contact you and provide an opportunity to resolve the account, BTM may take further steps to recover the outstanding amount.
This may include referring the outstanding balance to an external debt collection provider or other recovery service, subject to applicable laws and consumer protections.
Payment Notices
BTM may send payment reminders, failed-payment notifications, overdue notices and account cancellation notices to the email address associated with your membership. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact and payment details remain current.
General Training & Finance Terms
By proceeding with the purchase of the BEAUTY TRAINING MASTERY AUSTRALIA (Blanc Smiles & Glam Studios) training course packages, I acknowledge that it is non-refundable.
I understand and agree that the deposit or payment made is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind or personal circumstances. Furthermore, I acknowledge that the deposit or payment cannot be utilized for any other purposes within the business and is solely applicable to the chosen training package purchased. This deposit serves to secure the price of the training package at the Browzacon Expo 2023 & Sydney Beauty Expo 2023.
BEAUTY TRAINING MASTERY AUSTRALIA (Blanc Smiles & Glam Studios), as the Seller, agrees to maintain the discounted price of the course once the Browzacon Expo 2023 & Sydney Beauty Expo 2023 concludes and payment has been completed. The Seller will not modify the agreed-upon price.
For a refund to be considered, a reasonable justification or circumstance supported by evidence must be provided. This information should be recorded and sent via email to beautytrainingmastery@gmail.com. Upon receipt, a case number will be assigned, and the process will be initiated. If the case is deemed reasonable, a refund will be issued, minus a $250 administration and fees surcharge. The refund will be credited to the original payment card used for the initial transaction. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive the refund.
It is important to note that once the remaining amount has been paid and BEAUTY TRAINING MASTERY AUSTRALIA (Blanc Smiles & Glam Studios) has received the outstanding funds, access to the online training course purchased will be granted. Additionally, please expect a comprehensive delivery timeframe of approximately 8 weeks from the purchase date to receive all associated products. Customers who have paid in full and upfront will be given priority.
By signing this contract, you confirm your agreement with all the terms and conditions stated above. Furthermore, you express your satisfaction and willingness to proceed with the purchase of the training course and associated products.
FINANCE T&C'S
I hereby acknowledge and accept the obligation to remit a non-refundable deposit amounting to $500 towards the acquisition of the selected BEAUTY TRAINING MASTERY AUSTRALIA (Blanc Smiles PTY LTD & Glam Studios) training course and associated products. I understand that this deposit is non-refundable and shall not be reimbursed in the event of a change of mind or any other personal circumstances unrelated to reasonable considerations.
In the event that your finance application is declined, thereby preventing you from proceeding with the purchase of the training course, BEAUTY TRAINING MASTERY AUSTRALIA (Blanc Smiles PTY LTD & Glam Studios) will contact you. Subsequently, the full deposit amount of $500 will be reimbursed to the original payment card used for the initial transaction. Please allow a maximum of 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
It is important to note that once your finance application has been approved and Blanc Smiles has received the outstanding funds, you will gain access to the online training course that you have purchased. Additionally, please expect a comprehensive delivery timeframe of approximately 8 weeks from the purchase date to receive all the associated products.
By affixing your signature to this contract, you demonstrate your acceptance of the aforementioned terms and conditions. Furthermore, you affirm your satisfaction and readiness to proceed with the purchase of the training course and related products.
Financial Hardship
We understand that unexpected financial circumstances can arise.
If you are experiencing genuine financial hardship and are unable to meet your membership payment obligations, please contact BTM as soon as possible at beautytrainingmastery@gmail.com.
We encourage members to contact us before payments become significantly overdue so we can review the situation with you.
Depending on your circumstances, BTM may agree to an alternative arrangement, which may include a temporary payment arrangement or revised payment schedule, a temporary pause where appropriate, additional time to make an overdue payment, or, in appropriate circumstances, an agreed early release from the remaining membership commitment.
Any hardship arrangement or early release must be confirmed by BTM in writing.
Where a genuine financial hardship request is being reviewed, BTM may temporarily pause further recovery action while the matter is assessed.
